Unfunded events include: The QUIS Annual Children’s Holiday Party, Movie Nights, Annual Open Houses, Socials and the Halloween party.

These events encourage newcomers to participate in the community and make them feel more at home facilitating their integration and the cultural and diverse enrichment of our community .
Also government funds received for the delivery of services do not entirely cover day to day operational costs.
Fundraising is necessary to assist the organization in its mission and vision of a welcoming community for all.

Quinte Immigration Services has a direct method for a corporation or individual to support QUIS in the delivery of unfunded services and programs for newcomers and their families.
